The firm continues to prosper and grow and therefore the Capital Advisory team seeks M&A Analysts to join our team. As an M&A Analyst at Bainbridge, you would have the opportunity to interact in an energetic, entrepreneurial environment while enjoying the stability of working at an established capital advisory firm. M&A Analysts play an integral part in the research, analysis and presentation phases of our client engagements.

Bainbridge M&A Analysts are distinguished by their exceptional communication, research, and relationship management capabilities. They excel at deal identification and in developing a constant stream of potentially lucrative opportunities for clients. In addition, they are highly motivated, professional, creative, and resourceful. The successful candidate will focus on strategic advisory services including acquisition research, identification of acquisition targets, financial modeling, and due diligence. Primary responsibilities include researching, sourcing, and evaluating acquisition opportunities for Bainbridge Capital clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Contacting business owners and managers to determine level of interest in merger or divestiture
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential acquisition targets
• Conducting detailed industry research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Presenting deliverables to clients and answering questions
• Financial analysis and modeling

To qualify for this excellent opportunity, candidates must:

• Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Economics/Business) from a leading University
• One to two years of direct sales experience
• Strong quantitative skills
• Ability to come up with creative solutions to unique situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on teams
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanor
